Side drive belt carton sealers use drive belts on the sides to grip and guide the boxes. This is ideal for narrow, lightweight, or standard-sized boxes. Top and bottom drive sealers support boxes from above and below, making them more suitable for tall, heavy, or unstable packages.

Our carton sealers are compatible with standard adhesive packaging tapes, including BOPP, PVC, and paper tapes. They typically support tape widths of 2 inches (50mm) or 3 inches (75mm), depending on the tape head configuration.
A standard carton sealer applies a single strip of tape along the center seam of the top and bottom flaps. An edge sealing machine (like the FJ126) seals the side edges or corners of the box (often referred to as H-sealing), which provides extra protection against dust, moisture, and pilferage.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the tape blades to remove adhesive residue, verifying the wear and tension of the drive belts, lubricating moving parts, and ensuring the sensors remain dust-free. This ensures clean cuts and prevents tape jams.
